CUSTOMER SERVICE:

Exchange only. We do not issue refunds.
All returns MUST be approved by us first. Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving the goods if you plan on returning them.

All returns MUST be shipped back to Buttafly Unlimited within 7 days of your receipt of goods. Ship goods prepaid and insured with items wrapped securely.

Shipping and handling on returned items is non-refundable. All goods to be returned must be in the original condition and must be unused and unwashed.

If you do not follow these guidelines, we will not be held accountable for items that are not shipped per our policy.

We will credit your credit card once item is received in-house and then bill you for the new item when item is ready to ship.

Your privacy is important to us. It is our very goal to protect the privacy of our subscribers. We are serious about protecting your privacy.

We will never sell or share ANY personal information you provide us to any third party without your permission.
